# Hood Intelligence

Hood Intelligence, Corp. is developing HIOP, a vendor-neutral authority, execution-control, and evidence layer for consequential actions by AI agents, software, and machines.

Models may propose actions. HIOP evaluates whether a specific actor is currently authorized to cause a specific effect on a specific resource under current policy, then preserves evidence of the decision and observed outcome.

## Current maturity

- HIOP evaluation runtime: FUNCTIONAL PROTOTYPE. Builder-tested; no public production tenant or production certification.
- Hood Node: BUILDING. No public SKU, price, certification, or delivery date.
- Robotics and physical operations: BUILDING. No live machine-control deployment claimed.
- Data centers, energy, government, mission, scientific, quantum, space, and mobility profiles: RESEARCH unless a page explicitly states otherwise.
- Certification and public partner program: ROADMAP.
- HoodCar asset identity: separate product and origin; not HIOP effect authority.

## What Hood does not claim

- HIOP does not prove that AI will always be safe, correct, or compliant.
- Builder tests are not independent external security review.
- No unannounced customer, contract, partnership, certification, government authorization, vendor integration, revenue, or deployment claim is implied.
- No live public checkout, automatic purchase, or production-tenant provisioning is active.
- Patent-pending language applies only to filed subject matter and is not an issued patent or product certification. Application numbers and unpublished claim mechanics are not published here.
